Overview
Jake Fears is the owner of JHF Engineering, PLLC (Texas Registered Engineering Firm F-22071). He has eighteen years of Civil Engineering experience in general civil design in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Fears has been a practicing Texas State-licensed professional engineer since August 2007.
Mr. Fears has developed an expertise in Hydraulic and Hydrologic analysis of existing and proposed site developments, including stream, ponds, channels, and storm drain systems. Years of experience enable quick, accurate site assessments for long-range planning or property acquisition.
He is experienced in commercial, industrial, and residential layout and design. Through various projects, he has become proficient in the design of public infrastructures such as roadway, water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. His work on projects both large and small has allowed him to effectively leverage various engineering software to grade and model site earthwork with accurate results. He has developed strong working relationships with many of the municipalities, local engineering departments, and various other local authorities.
